Coordination

Everyone needs that extra set of hands on their big day. Events by Aubrey is there to guide you through a smooth, stress-free day, all while managing the vendors, greeting guests and ensuring we stay on track. Partial day-of coordination is for the couple who only need a little help getting everything lined up on their BIG DAY. Partial coordination is up to 5 hours. 

Here are a few things I do during partial coordination days...

• Provide vendor referrals and planning guidance prior to the wedding, as needed
• Meet with the couple to discuss ALL wedding details about 2 months prior to the wedding
• Create an in-depth wedding day timeline
• Organize and direct the ceremony rehearsal the day before the wedding
• I am your wedding day point person for vendors, bridal party and guests
• Upon arrival, I review of reception space to ensure nothing is missing or out of place
• Assist with any and all bridal party needs including pinning boutonnieres, putting on corsages and passing out personal floral
• Fully manage the wedding day logistics including ceremony, grand entrance, first dance, cake cutting, toasts, etc.

Let Events by Aubrey handle your entire day. Don't worry about when the florist shows up or if the DJ has electricity. I'll be there to handle the setup logistics and get you to the church on time. Full day-of coordination allows the bride and groom to truly enjoy the day and appreciate all the hard work they put into planning their perfect day. Full coordination is up to 10 hours.

• Adjust any personal items to ensure your vision is being fulfilled
• Assist with any and all bridal party needs including pinning boutonnieres, putting on corsages and passing out personal floral
• Be there for you - holding your bouquet, bustling your dress, fanning you when it's hot
• Fully manage the wedding day logistics including ceremony, grand entrance, first dance, cake cutting, toasts, etc.
• Communicate with vendors throughout the day to ensure we're all on the same page
• Ensure you have a calm, stress free day

The last month of planning is usually the most hectic. All your vendors need confirmations, decisions must be made and guests are (hopefully) sending in RSVPs. Let Events by Aubrey take some of that stress and help you get everything in perfect order. Month-of coordination includes 30 days of wedding planning assistance and guidance along with 10 hours of day-of coordination.

• Provide final month wedding to-do list
• Two (2) coordinator meetings - One to discuss ALL wedding details about 2 months prior to the wedding and another to wrap up final details during the final month of planning
• Create an in-depth wedding day timeline
• Organize and direct the ceremony rehearsal the day before the wedding
• I am your wedding day point person for vendors, bridal party and guests
• Upon arrival, I check in with every vendor and review of reception space to ensure nothing is missing or out of place
• Adjust any personal items to ensure your vision is being fulfilled
• Assist with any and all bridal party needs including pinning boutonnieres, putting on corsages and passing out personal floral
• Be there for you - holding your bouquet, bustling your dress, fanning you when it's hot
• Fully manage the wedding day logistics including ceremony, grand entrance, first dance, cake cutting, toasts, etc.
• Communicate with vendors throughout the day to ensure we're all on the same page
• Ensure you have a calm, stress free day
• Unlimited communication during working hours
• Assist with vendor communication during final weeks of planning
• Provide guidance through wedding day logistic planning (order of vendor setup, who does what/when)
• Help you work through any issues that may arise

• Hotel (applies to events 50+ miles from Victoria, TX)
• Beach weddings
• Event Insurance (if required by client or venue)
• Any additional requirements placed on planner by client or venue
