Venue coordinators are focused on many things that day as they manage their venue (restrooms stocked, vendors, venue staff, alcohol, parking, as well as the bride.). A day-of coordinator is only there for YOU. I worked as a venue coordinator for 5 years and was pulled away from my bride many times to deal with in-house issues. I've worked weddings with many venue coordinators, and they appreciate me being there and we enjoy working together to make your day seamless.
Call or text me to setup a quick chat about your wedding. When you're ready to book I send you a short questionnaire that gives me more information about your wedding. Once I have that back, I can create and send your contract.
Contract and 25% deposit are required to book the date. Due to the popularity of the fall dates, 50% deposit is required for October and November dates.
This question gets asked alot. I produce your wedding day. I am the behind the scenes person making sure that everything happens as seamlessly as possible. I communicate with your vendors, bridal party and you as we move through the day.
We all have the timeline (that we created together) and know what the plan is but I'm the person who lines everyone up for the ceremony, tells the bridal party when to walk down the aisle, communicates with the DJ and photographer about the grand entrance, gets the DJ to announce with dinner is ready, hands you your toasting flutes full of champagne, shows you how to cut the cake... (just to name a few). This list goes on and on. Just know that if it happens on your wedding day, then I coordinated it.
I usually meet with my brides (via zoom or in person) about 2 months before the wedding. We discuss every aspect of the wedding so I can create the day-of timeline. Having this meeting 2 months out usually ensures that vendors, decorations, etc are finalized and we can create an accurate timeline without many unanswered questions. These meetings last 1-2 hours.
Day-of coordination includes 1 meeting with month-of coordination including additional meetings as needed.
Yes. I coordinate the rehearsal. That way we are all on the same page for your wedding day.
Some churches have a church coordinator but I will act as your primary coordinator. I work with church staff to ensure we are respecting all of their rules.

Yes! I'm based out of Victoria, TX but willing to travel to you. I've coordinated weddings in Cuero, Austin, El Campo, Corpus Christi and all around South Texas. I'm happy to go wherever you need.
